Our Story
How are some people more successful than others? What does it take to transform their lives and let them shine bright? If it is possible for all, can someone’s intervention trigger such a transformation?
Everyone Can Certainly Achieve Now-ECCAN, conceived and conceptualized by Ms. Rangamani Ravi, evolved from reflecting on these thoughts. ECCAN is now that someone, who intervenes to create experiences for both children and adults and help them go beyond to achieve brilliance.
ECCAN believes every individual has it in them to excel in any chosen field. Some individuals may lack confidence but their best comes forth with the right guidance and motivation. Through people-focused programs, ECCAN instils self-belief in adults and children to bring out their dormant talents.

About Founder
Ms. Rangamani Ravi
Founder and Lead Trainer,
As a child, she was just like any other kid out there, having trouble remembering dates and events in history, and not always getting good grades. A typical introvert, with nothing going her way until an excellent teacher came along in grade 7.
This teacher could think out of the box and come up with creative ways to help children remember things with ease, even in dull subjects like History. Maybe the teacher saw something in Rangamani that she was made the leader of a group, which triggered her transformation from a caterpillar into a beautiful butterfly
There has been no looking back ever since for Rangamani, and that marked the beginning of a long career as a teacher for 32 and odd years, and still continuing. Her passion for English language and commitment to helping others, she has had the privilege of training many an adult and children in Communication, Public speaking, Confidence Building and English.

Our founder, Ms. Rangamani Ravi, is a trainer par excellence and an accomplished Toastmaster. Her experience as an English teacher for over 34 years, ingenuity and innate passion for helping others, and understanding of her students, she firmly believes that, through consistent motivation and encouragement Everyone Can Certainly Achieve Now.
Our Students
Our student population comes from diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds. With both young and adult learners, we help individuals of all ages reach their individual goals through our specific programs. While some come purely with learning needs, some approach us for the development of personal skills. A single place for all, ECCAN effortlessly caters to the learning needs of all.

The Way Forward
ECCAN strives to touch and transform as many lives as possible through our ever-growing number of programs. We are constantly exploring new and creative ways to make learning easier, faster, and retainable. With a keen eye for details, we spot your challenges and devise training programs to metamorphose inadequacies into competencies, winning smiles and accolades. Apart from our training programs, we also have regular workshops on various topics for students and teachers.
Credentials
With an MA in English and B.Ed., she has been in the education field across India and in Qatar. As a TESOL certified trainer, Certified Coach and she is an apt and adept trainer for Public Speaking and communication skills. Received the best speaker awards in various levels at Toastmasters international, Qatar. Has achieved the highest accolades DTM in Toastmasters International.
